The Museums’s exhibitions focus on the development of pharmacy in Norway from the first privileged outlet in 1595 to the 20th century. The permanent exhibitions feature for example the sales areas of Apoteket Hjorten (The Deer Pharmacy) from 1860 and Skillebekk apotek from 1960. Old techniques are demonstrated in the laboratory of Frogner apotek.
